Summer Scent: A Note from Berlin
Share
Berlin’s summer is a rhythm of contrasts—just like scent itself.
It rains more often than you’d expect. But when the sun comes out, the whole city glows. Trees shimmer in deep green, streets feel alive, and the warmth makes everything softer. You walk past a garden, a river, a courtyard café—and you can smell summer in the air.
It’s never just about the weather. It’s about the moment. A sudden breeze carries the scent of wet leaves, stone, blossoms, and skin. These fleeting details stay with me. They remind me how connected we are to the world around us.
That’s what inspires me when I create.
Not something abstract, but what’s right here—what I see, hear, and feel every day.
This summer, TAU was born from that presence. A drop of rain, a brush of green, the warmth of human connection. Every scent begins with real life.
